Old Crane (Alter Krahnen)

The old crane is a stone-/turning tower crane with two blade wheels, which used to be moved by crane workers. It was built between 1554 and 1561, in place of a swimming crane. It was used until 1911, mainly to load millstones, tuff and wine.
